A note on ordering: in general, boneless proteins feed 2-3 people per pound, and sides feed 3-4 people per pound. Bone-in proteins (such as the ribs and chicken on the bone) serve 1-2 people per pound. This will vary slightly depending on the nature of your event, the time of day, and the type of people attending.
