So why is it called “Milt’s Barbecue for the Perplexed,” anyway?
At Milt’s, we don’t just feed your body. We feed your mind. From the moment you walk in our doors, you’ll feel it. There’s an energy that runs through the air like electricity, inspiring conversation, connection and community.
Which brings us to “perplexed”.
Our inspiration comes from Maimonides, the prominent 12th century Torah scholar. His “Guide for the Perplexed” addresses questions of philosophy and theology that are still relevant today. Throughout his work, Maimonides emphasizes the importance of giving credence to all perspectives. He drew from Jewish, Islamic and ancient Greek philosophers, to explain the philosophy of the Torah.
